Key members of the Mine Action community in Bosnia and Herzegovina are invited to attend the next workshop on the topic, “Collaborative Strategic Leadership in Complex Environments: Implementation Methodologies in Mine Action.” The workshop is part of an ongoing initiative of two NATO-recognized Partnership for Peace (PfP) Training and Education Centers (PTCs): the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, the U.S. PTC (USPTC). The Naval Postgraduate School (USPTC) has engaged a team of faculty and subject matter experts to conduct this ongoing program.
During the workshop that will be held in Sarajevo, faculty will build upon foundations laid during the September 2010 and June 2011 workshops in Sarajevo and will also strive to enrich and advance the excellent work accomplished by the BiH Mine Action community members under the guidance of BH MAC in the November, 2010, communication planning session. The workshop is also intended to provide participants an opportunity to reinforce existing professional relationships and to forge important new ones across the Mine Action community in BiH.
