Cecilia Panella is a Faculty Associate - Research in the Department of Defense Analysis at NPS. She works primarily with the Applied Design for Innovation (697) curriculum and focuses her research on the intersection of emerging technologies and strategic competition. Prior to her role at NPS, she was a Learning Analyst for a Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy in the Office of the Chief Learning Officer. She has a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS in American Foreign Policy and International Economics.
