Ordinarily, leave is only granted during the intercessional periods. Leave requests are to be submitted to the Department of Student Services with a copy to the Curriculum Officer. If the leave involves missing classes, a statement to the effect that "I will not miss any classes" or "My professors approve of the missed classes" should be included in the remarks section.
