STEP 1 - Verify Your Connection to Elluminate
Please click here to verify that you can connect to Elluminate before proceeding to step #2. This link will open up a new browser window. If successful you will see the site for Elluminate open.
TROUBLESHOOTING: NMCI and other managed system users should refer to the connection troubleshooting document if you can't connect. Note that this document may help anyone who is behind a managed firewall or using a proxy server.
STEP 2 - View the 5-Minute Participant Training
Once you have verified that your computer can talk to Elluminate, we recommend that all Elluminate users view the brief participant training session. This is a pre-recorded session that will explain the basic usage of the application.

STEP 3 - Save or Print the Elluminate Quick Reference Guide
For your convenience, an Elluminate Quick Reference Guide is available here which can be printed or saved to your computer, and may be useful during future usage of the application.
