The Center for Cyber Warfare research proposed entitled “Cyber Engagement” for the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group (NCWDG) seeks innovative methods to build and educate the NCWDG workforce. The project will engage Information Dominance Corps (IDC), junior officers, NPS faculty and other subject matter experts to propose a community of practice for cyber tool development, concepts for cyber systems command and control, and industry best practices for rapid software development.
