Students:
Students who can find support to pay their hotel expenses should make their own reservations at Hotel Pacific in Monterey, Ca. Those students who indicate on the Registration form that they are requesting housing support should wait to hear from us.

The housing support for students consists of free lodging for those willing to share a double room. All students who want support must submit an abstract. We have limited funds available so please register as early as possible.

Students must register by October 16 to get housing.

A block of rooms is being held at the Hotel Pacific in for the dates 11/12/09 through 11/14/09. Reservations will be made by: individual Call-In no later than Sunday, October 03, 2009 by 5PM PST. Attendees may make their reservations by any of the following three methods:

When making your reservation, let the agent know tat you are with “APS Conference in November” to get the group rate.

When making your reservations, let the agent know that you are with “APS Conference in November” or used the group code “ “to get the group rate.

Rooms will be held at a rate of $133 + taxes until 10/16/09. After that date, reservations may still be accepted based upon availability at the prevailing rate; Reservations made for dates outside the range listed above will be charged at the prevailing rate.

A credit card will be required at booking time to make a reservation. Individual reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled or changed from the original arrival date after this time will be subject to a forfeiture of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved
