Summary Building upon previous qualitative evidence based research conducted during the summer of 2014 into improving online/virtual education and training amount U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserve (MFR), the work captured in this proposal aims to take the findings of that research and analyze the feasibility and implications of the recommendations. There are several focused areas for research in this proposal to include development and leveraging of technology for training and education, policy evaluation and analysis, and organizational change, development, and management. Ultimately, this proposal aims to improve the capacity of the reserve forces.
