Summary Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Executive Steering Group (ESG) (15 O6s and GS-15s) offsites are held annually for the purposes of leadership development, furtherance of ESG synergy/teambuilding, and development of command priorities for the next calendar year.
SCOPE OF WORK: The desired outcomes of this program is to provide NAVFAC SW ESG members the ability to understand where they fall on the adaptor/innovator scale in order to work more successfully with each other, and to better understand their conflict resolution tendencies to more effectively work with each other and lead their teams.
The Naval Postgraduate School Center for Executive Education will provide two executive education sessions focused on leveraging the results of the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI) and Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) in leadership and team effectiveness.
