Summary This work is intended to provide the Naval Postgraduate School Information Systems Security Engineering Certificate to participants in the Security Engineering Enrichment and Development (SEED) Program of the National Security Agency (NSA). Up to 10 students will participate in the five-course certificate program, which will cover two academic quarters. Three courses, Network Security, Secure System Principles and Introduction to Information Systems Security Engineering will be taught in the first quarter, and two courses, Network Vulnerability Assessment and Risk Mitigation and Applied Information Systems Security Engineering will be taught in the second quarter. Classes will be taught in a hybrid format that incorporates on location classes as well as remote instruction.
