Back Net-T Integration and Management Onto the L3 Communications Mini-C and Rover 6 Transceivers

Summary The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)-Distributed Information Systems Experimentation (DISE) research group is pleased to offer this proposal to support the US Army Program Management Office for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (PM UAS) request to manage the contracting, development, and implementation of the L3 Comm Net-T software feature set 0 (FSO) onto the Army's Mini-C, Mini-T, and ROVER 6 transceivers. In addition, the DISE PM, Mr. W. H. Roeting, CAPT, USN (Ret), will also coordinate Type I certification for all three transceivers with the National Security Agency (NSA) and L3 Communications.
In addition, the NPS/DISE research group can provide its Joint Battlespace Awareness ISR Integration (JBAIIC) ISR Test Bed infrastructure and experimentation personnel to perform Field Experimentation and Analysis for Net-T field testing for all three transceivers.
