Summary The proposed work is to fabricate CubeSats using direct digital technology and their mechanical properties. In particular, the correlation between the input parameters and the resulting mechanical properties of the fabricated components, such as strength and stiffness, will be obtained for a 3-D digital printer. Using the correlation, prediction of CubeSat's mechanical behaviors such as crush strength will be made using the finite element analysis and compared to the experimental crush test data.
