When completed, the FBI ILO Program will provide the FBI with trusted direct points of contact within private industry representing the 18 critical infrastructure and key resource sectors who will serve as conduits of information to the local law enforcement, fire, and EMS, along with Terrorism Liaison Officers (TLO), and WMD/InfraGard coordinators throughout the FBI, for the protection of their company, community, with the ultimate goal of protecting our nation's critical infrastructure. NPS/CAW will assist the FBI with a combination of guidance, development, and support, as well as the implementation of the development and presentation of the Infrastructure Liaison Officer (ILO) Program. This pilot program is to be presented to the private sector, specifically InfraGard Alliance organization members nationally, as well as WMDD and other FBI personnel.
