Summary Wargaming focuses on military decision making. Wargaming techniques, when applied properly, provide a structured environment that permits military professionals to gain insight into complex military problems. The focus of the MET course is constructing a structured environment that fosters the application of disciplined and structured military thinking, particularly in the areas of planning and analysis. The focus of the resident wargaming course sponsorship of resident course student teams is to have teams develop and conduct wargames that address the organizational issues.
Sponsored resident course wargames, JCA mini-studies, and wargaming thesis work will also be supported through this proposal.
