Summary This proposal aims to conduct leading-edge research concerning electrically conductive Carbon Nanotube (CNT) composites. We propose to conduct disruptive research with potential to improve the capacity, functionality and resiliency of space architectures that utilize CNT. We believe that, by expanding our knowledge of the boundaries for CNT properties, we could enable the production of components that will provide an extra layer of security against space interference and attack. Applications that could benefit from this work include charge dissipation components, sensors and electromagnetic shielding systems and structural components.
