Summary The MOR was originally developed to support the Life Cycle Modeling Integrator (LCMI) Decision Support (DS) applications, largely Marine Corps Equipment Readiness Information Tool (MERIT) and its subsystems (Total Support Cost [TSC]. Secondary Reparable [SECREP] Total Allowance Recomputation Tool [START], Supply Chain Operational Performance Enabler [SCOPE]. etc.). and has assembled data from USMC Organization Management, Item Management, Supply. Maintenance. Procurement. Financial. and Disposition systems. These applications were built to access the data close to its native form as received from the transactional source Systems (Total Force Structure Management System [TFSMS]. Supported Activities Supply System [SASSY]. Stock Control System [SCS]. Item Applications, etc.). Note that the MDR also supports the transactional Systems of Asset Enterprise Management Information Tool (AEMIT) and Master Scheduling Support Tool (MSST). The MDR supports 31 source System feeds loading about 42.4 billion rows from 169 data sets, the preponderance on a daily basis.
