Summary Dates and Times: The first session will be held September 17-19 and September 23. The second will be conducted September 24-26 and finish on September 30. The sessions will be held from 1245-1700 EST. Structure: The CORE's Level 1- SNA DLS is a multi-day, unclassified, hybrid, web-based learning event designed to familiarize participants with social network analysis (SNA). This hybrid distance learning event creates a structure in which the student is required to meet at a specific time in a VTC enabled classroom for synchronous web conferencing class events, such as lectures, guest speakers and student presentations. The participants will also execute a series of labs as homework and submit them through an on-line forum. The forum used for the DLE will be Defense Connect Online (DCO). Topics: The Level 1-SNA DLS component of CORE Lab methodology will provide the analyst an understanding of how to illuminate important facets of dark networks through exposure to SNA theory and hands-on application.
