Summary Funds are provided for the Department of the Navy (DON) Executive Mentoring Project: 1) Conduct a one-to-three day workshop for DON senior executive service (SES) personnel. 2) Support course development/delivery for SES-focused content on talent management. 3) Refine and validate existing DON executive competency mode for SES multi-rater assessment.
