Summary | To evaluate, modify, develop and validate improved environmental models for characterizing atmospheric properties that impact electro-optical (EO) system performance, including models that determine vertical refractivity and optical turbulence (Cn2) profiles extending from the surface through the troposphere from gridded Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere Mesoscale Prediction System (COAMPS(R)) forecast fields. |
