Summary | Modeling and Simulation (M&S) is an essential capability for managing risk, reducing time and cost for acquisition. There is currently a lack of unified approach for determining which M&S tools to use, when to use them, and how to use them across development lifecycle. Additionally, a range of training options are needed to improve multi-service community members' capabilities to select and use M&S tools effectively and efficiently. These include initial education and training, refresher training, continuing education, and certification opportunities. |
