Summary | This proposal is a continuation of the Distributed Learning Masters Program in Cost Estimating and Analysis for U.S. Navy and DoD acquisition professionals. It provides for the initial design and development of a rigorous cost estimating and analysis capability based on essential Systems Engineering principles for the U.S. Navy and DoD. This proposal addresses many themes including building the analytical skills of the cost analysis community, creating and promoting non-traditional learning opportunities through a distributed learning program, creating and promoting life-long learning opportunities, and encouraging a greater cost consciousness. This Distributed Learning Master's Degree Program in Cost Estimating and Analysis has a tremendous benefit for both the Navy and DoD workforce. |
