| Summary | Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) will provide support for development of TPED Management, experimentation processes and procedures: experimentation design, execution, data collection and results during Empire Challenge 08 (EC08). NPS shall work with JFCOM (DII) to create TTPs, C2 infrastructure, and the TPED Management Experiment during EC08 developed. |
