Summary	This is an amendment to the original SOW under DARPA's xAI project in the appendix. One of DARPA's performer, PARC, a Xero company, produced a product named Common Ground Explanation and Learning (COGLE) based on the following goals: 1) Derive useful methods for AI systems to explain their reasoning and planning on similar tasks; 2) Understand how people think about and use explanations of artificial intelligence systems (xAI). The goal of this amended activity for the NPS is to recruit NPS students (20-30 or more), who are experienced warfighters and commanders, to test and evaluate the COGLE product in terms of their unique military perspectives.
