Summary | The Space Systems Academic Group (SSAG) at the Naval Postgraduate School has established a four-course certificate (the NC3 certificate is 298, but that number has not made this form yet) that addresses the strategic need of the Nuclear Triad to develop Nuclear Operations critical thinking skills for those individuals. This certificate includes topics such as space mission analysis, orbital mechanics, communications, ground systems and mission operations pertaining to Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), and NC3 as a weapon system. Two courses are offered as part of this effort, along with the procurement of ground station infrastructure related to the NC3 educational mission. |
