Back Critical Experiments in Condensed Matter Nuclear Science, Phase II C: Standard Heat Experiment Modeling and Analysis

Summary That the condensed matter state affects the state of nuclei has been established in a continuing series of experiments begun nearly 20 years ago. It has become clear that the release of nuclear energy in these chemical systems depends on subtle correlation effects in the condensed matter state, particularly where hydrogen is loaded into metals. We will continue this project with two primary tasks. Experiments using the E-Cat reactor of Rossi promise a new technology for the generation of heat from light hydrogen in a nickel system. The presence of 3 MeV protons and 10-22 Me-V alpha particles by Chernov and Lipson, et al needs to be extended in new experiments. These two classes of experimental research will be evaluated using the techniques previously developed with Bayesian inferencing.
