Introduce the Peace Support Operations Model (PSOM) as a simulation tool for the planning and execution of PSO operations at the operational level. Provide training to reinforce PSOM instruction through a Course of Action (CoA) development program of instruction (POI). The participants will form a staff to think through the complex interactions involved in PSO, COIN. The PSOM simulation will provide feedback from each move submitted by the participant staff who will then conduct subsequent moves that refine their input into the PSO environment.
