Summary	Provide technical and logistics support in the test, design and execution of the NAVAIR Weapons Division Black Dart 2015 program. Research and evaluate effects assessments of electronic warfare negotiation techniques and capabilities. Provide input to final analysis and recommendations. Technical and Program analysis support includes: - Support the development and maintenance of test plans, test event analyses, evaluations, and recommendations, to ensure the technical and scientific evidence collected will support effective testing and future development efforts. Research supports the following curriculum: #370 Information Systems and Technology and #386 Network Operations and Technology.
