Summary	This project develops, pilots, and reviews a Mobile Training Team (MTT) for pre-deployment education focused on Civil Affairs (CA) planning for the Korean Peninsula. Our ultimate goal is to improve the effectiveness of CA planning, including analysis of the civil dimension in the CA Annex and ultimately, the base operations plan. In particular, we aim to develop the understanding and effectiveness of CA Korea planning among soldiers preparing to deploy to the Peninsula. The pilot course after action review will evaluate the MTT, and its utility as a model for future MTTs of this nature.
