Summary	Wargaming is a synthetic simulation environment that focuses on military decision making. Wargaming simulations, when applied properly, provide a structured environment that permits military professionals to gain insight into complex military problems. The development of an automated simulation system prototype to facilitate the execution and analysis of wargaming simulations is a critical element to wargaming and other campaign analysis activities.
