Summary	NPS/CIRPAS, through its primary contractor Zivko will provide pre-flight coordination, flight coordination range measurement, flight safety and facility management of customer's testing activities at the CIRPAS facility and will ensure compliance with all CIRPAS policies and procedures and those of the primary support contractor, Zivko (N00244-10-C-0023).
