Summary	In September 2009 OASD/SOLIC requested that the Naval Postgraduate School and National Defense University create and support their online community, which has since been referred to as the Education & Collaboration Community Online (ECCO). ECCO's mission is to build and strengthen the Combating Terrorism Fellowship Program's (CTFP) global alumni network of Combating Terrorism (CbT) experts and practitioners through innovative techniques that enable collaborative partnership between individuals, nations, organizations, and cultures. A key part of this work is the development of a comprehensive archive of reflections from those who have been part of combatting terrorism, particularly over the past decade - the Counter-Terrorism Archive Project.
