Summary	The purpose of this proposal is to continue the NPS - OSD (AT&L) project established in FY12 to continue to rapidly explore new capabilities and concepts for requirements generation in a pre-acquisition environment leading to reduced risk and accelerated deployment of future capabilities for the Combatant Commanders.
