Summary | This research will evaluate concepts and technologies for detecting SNM at a distance and to carry out related support tasks associated with this effort. This effort has three foci. First, to identify operational tactics techniques and procedures to best utilize state of the art technology developed by NTD. The second focus is to interface with the DTRA Contingency Operations Division Tactical Support Group (TSG) to analyze tactics techniques and procedures to identify technology inserts that would best enable their mission, and second to suggest improvements. The last focus effort is to identify best practices in implementing the Mobile Field Kit as it operates with available knowledge sharing systems such as SensorWeb. Research should also address challenges of maintaining persistent JSR to Maritime and Littoral Domain Awareness. |
