Summary	The primary objective for this project is to provide tactical level experimentation infrastructure for the RPVIRT system, and conduct first RPVIRT focused field experiment based on CENETIX TNT testbed and quarterly experiments. The second goal is to start developing Adaptive Network Management and Control Architecture in accordance with 8th Layer concept and RPVIRT functional attribute requirements.
