Summary	This work will examine the training and readiness requirements for the FA-18 community. The objective is to provide insight into the current requirements using a suite of visualizations. This will allow multiple users to conduct queries and what-if analysis for the various Mission Essential Tasks that the FA-18 community is expected to perform. The final deliverables will be a suite visualizations given the current training and readiness matrix and training in how to use the visualization tools for further analysis.
