Summary	CIRPAS will maintain the NPS Field Laboratory at Camp Roberts, CA, and will provide labor support for all NPS faculty and student researchers that desire to make use of the facility. Tasks: CIRPAS will provide pre-flight coordination, flight coordination, range management, flight safety and facility management of user activities at the NPS facility and ensure compliance with all NPS and CA-ANG policies and procedures as follows: 1. General upkeep and maintenance of the facilities 2. Pre-Deployment Support 3. Mission Support
