Summary	Navy Legal Services Command requested 5 topic-focused discussions selected from NPS Customized On Demand Education for Executives (CODEX). SCOPE OF WORK: The NPS Center for Executive Education will provide FIVE (5) customized discussions intended to provide background information on organizational, leadership tools. Desired outcomes of the lecture series are for attendees to: - Better understand the key factors and trends that affect organizations - Gain clarity on a framework defining organizational metrics, execution of organizational strategy and assessing their corresponding risks - Effective communication and developing communication strategies
