Summary	NPS will lead operation of the Twin Otter aircraft, coordinate with the UC Berkeley team for all aspects of the flight planning and field campaign execution, and will take overall responsibility for data collection of all NPS measurement systems on the Twin Otter (specifically including location, wind, pressure and temperature measurements required for EC measurements and spatial mapping of resulting fluxes.) NPS will also perform the calibration, maintenance and quality control of the NPS measurement suite and provide the data post-mission.
