Summary	NATO SOF HQ requires that their personnel have the skills and education to design, develop, conduct and analyze wargames for experimentation, planning and analysis. Wargaming courses and events provide instruction and practical application of wargame design and execution to accomplish these objectives. Wargaming focuses on military decision making. Wargaming techniques, when applied properly, provide a structured environment that permits military professionals to gain insight into complex military problems.
