Summary	The NPS research team of Buttrey, Koyak Whitaker and Read (contractor) outlined a comprehensive program to improve the position of NATEC in its effort to measure the value of engineering and technical services that it provides to the Naval aviation squadrons. In FY 2006 initial effort is made to bring these ideas to fruition, concentrating on surveys and case studies. In FY 2007 this work is extended to developing a data-driven system for monitoring the needs of NATEC's customer base.
