Summary	At the request of U.S. country Team Warsaw and the Under Secretary of the Polish Ministry of Defense, Dr Young is to conduct a series of seminars for senior Polish defense officials that addresses: 1) challenges of defense planning in post-Communist defense institutions; and 2) how best to use Western democratic defense governance concepts in the reorientation of the defense institution.
