Summary	This task supports NAVSEA 05T efforts WRT Global Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) Overwatch. The principal objectives of this work are to conduct a business case analysis, support acquisition, support technical analysis, review Requests for Information and Proposals (RFI /RFP) and the responses to those requests, and support of developing plans, acquisition and business strategy support as defined by NAVSEA 05T over a three-year development and deployment phase. Only the first two years will be covered by this statement of work. The intention is to propose any FY21 efforts, if desired, separately.
