Summary	This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into between the Defense Language Office (DLO) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to define partner roles and responsibilities in the creation of the Joint Foreign Area Officer (FAO) Skill Sustainment Pilot Program (Joint FAO SSPP). The areas of responsibilities and relationships presented herein will guide program implementation. This MOA is subject to the provisions of all applicable statutes, regulations, directives, policies, and procedures of the Department of Navy and the Department of Defense (DoD) in accordance with U.S. government laws, policies, and practices.
