Summary | NPS's HFN Research Group will lead a new effort to conduct disaster scene assessments of disaster response information sharing. The concept includes organizing the deployment of small multi-agency. multi-organizational (global) assessment teams to conduct general Information and Communications Technology (ICT) assessments with the assumption that ICT capabilities and status in the next few days to weeks after a major disaster are critical enablers for sharing information and thus essential to overall mission success. |
