Summary	The seminar consists of one, four-day seminar designed to prepare military officers from the Armed Forces of Congo (FAC) to effectively consider, design and implement practices to improve civil-military relations in the Republic of the Congo (ROC). The delivery format combines informative presentations on academic themes and practical frameworks with an in-depth self assessment of security threats, roles and missions, and inter-agency decision making for the ROC. The country expects to have 30 participants from the FAC in the seminar.
