Summary	Provide Subject Matter Experts to assist in the research and development of policies, procedures, role, functions and responsibilities for the Training and Readiness Oversight program for Pacific AOR based Civil Support Teams (CST). Review and analyze plans, directives, policies, and procedures of DOD, military services, DA CDRUSJFCOM, USPACOM, joint and unified command and designated Federal Agencies. Recommend courses of action to be taken, and devise methods to implement selected courses of action. Assist in the coordination of the planning, execution and assessment of nine (9) USARPAC assigned Civil Support Team Exercises.
