Summary	The Center for Asymmetric Warfare / Naval Postgraduate school will collaborate with PACOM and the Vietnam National Committee for Search arid Rescue VINASARCOM) to conduct subject matter expert exchange on search and rescue (SAR) training and education centers to discuss education and training venues. Pan of the event includes visits to U.S. emergency operation centers to exchange U.S. SAR responder knowledge and observing exercise.
