Summary	The objective of this research is to increase the capability of the Navy's Information Assurance program in the area of system certification. It is subdivided into three tasks: update the course materials and publish the course materials prior to instructing the course; organize the attendees and arrange for the facilities for each class offering; teach the course at fleet concentration centers, two on East Coast, one on the West Coast, and two in the Pacific Theater; and assist the Navy in defining positions, education requirements and materials for Information Assurance professionals. This phase furthers the Navy Certifier education program.
