Summary | The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) located in Monterey, CA supports the US Navy, other US military branches, and foreign military services with postgraduate education for selected personnel. Additionally, NPS provides significant research capabilities to the Department of Defense (DoD). The Director of the NPS Center for Executive Education, Ronald Franklin, is responsible for the management and resourcing of specialized executive-level education for NPS. NPS will design, construct, and implement executive training programs based on program/sponsor requirements to include all or some of the following topics: Management and Organization, Leadership Assessment, Strategic Articulation and Implementation, Change Management, Architecture of Organizations, Organizational Design, Decision Making, Risk Management, Measures of Performance, Human Performance, Organizational Alignment, Corporate Transformation, and Innovation. These lecture series will offer Senior Naval officers and DoN civilians new knowledge, skills, and tools to expand their overall understanding of leadership and management as they develop innovative strategies to lead their organizations in the 21st century. |
