Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School STEM Outreach Program is a comprehensive program that is focused on securing the current and future Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) resources and research capability to build and sustain our naval enterprise. The three elements of the initiative include: 1. Engage in STEM programs that will bring students (elementary and high school level), educators, NPS professionals and community leadership into partnerships that will promote STEM interest. 2. Attract, develop, and retain a highly competent naval STEM workforce. 3. Maximize effectiveness of STEM investments.
