Summary	This work will deliver a graduate certificate program in cybersecurity to Navy civilians who are from a set of Navy commands operating under the Navy Research and Development Enterprise (NR&DE) umbrella. Up to thirty (30) students identified by the Navy sponsors will participate in the three-course certificate program. The certificate program will be offered through distance learning by the Department of Computer Science and is entitled: Cyber Security Defense (Curriculum 258). The first certificate course will begin in AY2020, Q3; the second course will be offered in AY2020, Q4; and the final course will be offered in AY2021, Q1.
